Douglas Indian Association’s COVID-19 Tribal Response Team is currently collecting information so we may better assist members within our allowable limits. ALL Enrolled Tribal Members 18 & Over need to submit the Tribal Member Info & COVID-19 Impact Questionnaire to update contact information and tell us how COVID-19 has impacted you and your household.
